subscription pricing display for base price with more than 2 decimals

Here is the use case -

usage item ABC with base price $0.0003 per unit defined in pricing cloud.

In subscription product page, the pricing shows 0.00 for list price. The value is rounded to 2 decimals.

Can this be fixed to show the value defined in price list? Or Do I need an idea to fix this display issue?
