How to migrate statement rules from one instance to another?

We have created workspace in test instance for an ATO model & defined option features, statement rules & created user interface as per business requirements. After this, we released workspace for user testing. After user confirmation, we have to migrate all these setups to production. How to migrate all these setups to production? Is there any FBDI/ADFDI available? There is an ADFDI for statement rules. After downloading tried to connect & download statement rules from test instance for this model. But we are not able to search. Looks like this ADFDI is to search models/workspace which are in development status
