Getting error while creating Buckets

Summary:

I am trying to create a Bucket and getting the following error

"FAILED_PRECONDITION Bucket creation on namespace xxxxx fails. Bucket limit of 0 buckets exceeded (TooMany Buckets) "

When I check my service limits, there is no available option of 'Buckets' under service dropdown. Only option related to storage is 'Object Storage' and our service limit for 'Object Storage' is unlimited.

Anyone has experienced this error? If so what was the resolution. Also I am curious as to where the service limit for number of Buckets is specified in OCI console ? I have raised an SR with support and still waiting for a solution from them.
