Can autocomplete rules reference UDT Table, Value Set or Fast formula to lookup values for default?

Hello. We are new to using autocomplete rules and we are trying to work through defaulting payroll assignment/payrollid. We have numerous payrolls and a couple of them require us to look at a UDT table of values to find the correct payrollid. Can the autocomplete rule query a UDT table or a fast formula that can query the table or just call sql like in a value set?
An example UDT entry would be something like values below where the combination of the first 4 would get you the payroll relationship in the UDT.
