Any pointers on the reason for this error for Create Inventory Transction Processor?

Summary:

We are trying to import On hand quantities using FBDI (Template InventoryTransactionImportTemplate.xlsm). All processes under Load Interface Files request Complete (No warnings or Errors). The Manage Inventory transaction requests processes (Manage Inventory Transaction and Create Inventory transaction processes) also complete successfully (no errors or warnongs). However the quantities do not load. On debugging we notice that Create Inventory Transaction processor (which is auto launched as part of the Manage Inventory Transaction schedule process) has an error in the body of the text. We need help to identofy the root cause for this error. Thanks in advance. I have uploaded the log file for perusal.
