Navigate between navigation on click of button

Summary:

I have created a page with below navigation (navigation is defined in shell page)

On click of cancel button as shown above it has to route to create data page. I have created a on click event on cancel button i.e. to navigate to Create data page as shown below

But when i click on cancel button I'm getting below error in console and page is not routing

Please help me
