lb generate-schema in Visual Builder Studio is failing with [Method writeChangeLogs]: Unexpected int

Summary:

We are doing a POC with SQLcl and Liquibase with VB Studio to capture database changes in ATP and migrate to another ATP, we created a build executor with a template that has SQLcl in it. When we run the build job, I see this in the log "[2022-11-28 16:59:44] [Method writeChangeLogs]: Unexpected internal error near index 1"
