FBDI project resource assignment interface template - update errors

Summary:

Having FBDI errors when trying to use the update tab of the project resource assignment interface template. I am new to HCM Cloud and FBDI but have searched thoroughly for the solution to no avail.

Content (required):

Every single resource I am trying to update I am receiving the same error - You must specify a valid combination of resource, project, project role, and assignment start date to update the assignment. - Everything is there and more to identify the proper assignment. Each of these areas resource, project, project role, and assignment start date are populated correctly and I am trying to update specify assignment hours to 0.01. I have tried multiple combinations to at least allow the system to recognize the resource but that has failed with that same error message every time. I have not been
