Default all columns in Shop catalog

How can we enable to always default all columns when searching for an item in Shop by catalog (Search Results)

Content (required):

Due to user activity, we are in need to make sure that all columns are enabled, by default when we search for an item/supplier/category/supplier item in the Global Search .

Currently only a small number of columns as visible, but we would like to have them all.

Yes we can click on Show All, and will work for the current session, but if I log out and come back, it will revert to it's previous numbers of columns.
