Update grade using HSDL

Hi,

My client would like to update grades for certain employees.

Tried to use an excel spreadsheet HSDL ) and chose the grade code and other attributes chosen too, please see the print screen. I understand these attributes are a 'must'-

My question is how to know what to define in these attributes.

I tried to search for them in the BI report, and I tried to use SQL for the assignment table but I didn't succeed and didn't find these attributes. I thought maybe if I could look at examples of my existing employee I could understand.
