Calculate Variable amount

We requirement to calculate amount in variable field,

Let's say

Variable A = Service fee price - Input

Variable B = No of Services - Input

Variable C = (Variable A * Variable B) - Calculate

is it possible to define under the ECM variable which we map with clause
