Can we set e-learning player size?

Is it possible to set the e-learning player so it is always maximised when it is opened?

Content (required):

I've noticed when learners open e-learning content, the player size is often only the width of half of their screen. In some cases it opens as a tiny rectangle in the top left of the their screen. Our employees have a range of IT competence, so not everyone realises they can maximise the window manually.

Very few employees use a mobile or tablet. Pretty much everyone uses a laptop or desktop PC.
