This is the Note 'below' from the Implementing Recruiting guide for Chapter 19. Oracle AI Apps in Recruiting.

Trouble is, I don't understand what Oracle mean by..... "operation language" - do I need to set the 'default' language on the "Set User General Preferences" page to English or will AI Apps in Recruiting ONLY work if there is only one language installed and active and that language is English. Can anyone shed any light on AI Apps working in Recruiting. My client does not currently have or use 'Dynamic Skills' ( I did read an Oracle document that does spell out, if Dynamic Skills is being used then Yes, AI Apps will ONLY work if English is
