How to give user friendly names to Custom Subject Areas (CSA) to make it easier when using queries on Data Model?

System generated naming used by default is not user friendly. For example -

SELECT

 0 s_0,

 "custExt79892dab_d88e_4f15_950a_1f21ef846c83"."Targets_c"."IssueCityCode_c"

This needs a user friendly naming convention that is more intuitive to the users.
