Tenency deactivated without getting a reason

So, I contacted Oracle Support about the issue, They said the account was terminated because of a supposed violation of Terms of Services. They did a second review and decided the account will remain closed. Of course they refused to provide in which way I supposedly violated the Terms of Services when i asked for that and just closed the ticket.

I belived i have not violated any terms as i was not informed trough email or anything that my tenency where to get deactivated, it was just shut down without any warning.

Can someone help me to get my tenency reactivated ?
