Website down since Feb 13?

Summary:

My website is down since Feb 13 and I am unable to view/configure my VM instance.

Content (required):

Mostly Authorization errors. "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment." I am also unable to create a new instance. "The initial request to list available images failed. Either no resources exist, or you don't have permission to view them in the current compartment." Please help me understand what is going on? Should I look for a new hosting provider?
