Employee Pension Refund Duplication

Summary:

Employee Pension Contribution refunds are duplicating where employees have multiple assignment.

Content (required):

We are facing a situation where an employee who has previously opted out of the pension scheme for one assignment and had the contributions refunded to them, having the same contributions refunded again if they later opt out of a second assignment at a later date.

So, an Employee opts out of Assignment -1 in August and is refunded contributions of £200 , and later in the year starts a -2 assignment and is automatically enrolled, if they then opt out of that scheme and are due a further refund of £100 the system is not only refunding the £100 but also the previously refund £200 from the -1 assignment in the same month.

Howdy, Stranger!
