R13 Import AutoInvoice not process TAX lines

Hi,

I have import data into RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL and RA_INTERFACE_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL using web services. 1 LINE type row and 2 TAX type row are inserted into interface tables. But when I run the Import AutoInvoice, it is only processed the LINE row only. TAX rows are not processed. Invoice is created with automatic tax calculations. But I need to Over ride that tax amounts.
What could be the issue?
