How to embed get web form details of process task in visual builder

Hi Experts

I have created custom pages in visual builder for process task (PCS) approval purpose (human task). I don't find any action in visual builder which can pull the web form details or payload for the human task and show on visual builder,

Please help me, how can i get the wen form for that activity to get and show in visual builder page and then the user can take action (APPROVE, REJECT)
