Can you call a report on a right click menu in Planning with Context variables from the form

Summary: Hi, due to access control issues we cannot let some of our users run certain reports from the reports card. However, if we were to allow the user to run the report from a right click smart menu on a form they have access to and use the context variable from the form as the report parameter we could get around this. Does this functionality already exist in EPM?
