How to make section mandatory in the job application flow,

Hi Team,

We need to make the Education, Experience, Skills section mandatory in the job application flow, as per the current configuration once the candidate clicks on the add education/ experience/skills then the page will open, inside that page fields are mandatory, sometimes candidate is not filling the education, experience, and skills details so we need to make the section mandatory, so that candidate no need to click on the add button and he/she cannot skip the section

Navigation: setup and maintenance/ Career site configuration/go to site/apply for a job. And based on country how can we restrict the fields when candidate click on add education/experience
