Is there any way to allocate work orders components if Qty is already exists in Supply subinventory?

Summary:

Is there any way to allocate work orders components from supply subinventory itself, if required quantity is already exists in Supply subinventory?

Content (required):

Example Work order component required quantity is 10. 

Onhand available:

Supply subinventory :20

Other subinventory :30

If Onhand is available system should consider supply subinventory first when Pick release happens. 

If Onhand is not available in supply subinventory then it should allocate from other subinventories
