Hello experts

Some of our users were performing SCORMs and videos on Oracle player though the learning activity normally.

But faced a disconnection, or system interruption something that made them unabel to finish the content on time.

When they re-opened the activity to perfom it, they receive a message as if the player was already opened in another instance of the browser, which it isn't.

Since logging in anonymous solved the issue, we imagine it is a problem of chrome holding some cache.

Has anyone faced the same issue and found a feasible solution.

Thanks

Howdy, Stranger!
