How to reconnect Console to my ADB Instance

The Console no longer indicates that I have any instances.

I am able to connect to my instance through Terminal and run queries, but not on the Web. The web admin interface doesn't show any instances, even though I have one. I have not taken any action in response to Oracle's e-mail of 11/21/22 on DigiCert retiring the OU field, since I didn't understand it, and have no idea what kind of authentication I'm now using (TLS, mTLS, something else?). When I log into the Console, I see my Compartment, but it doesn't show any instances there. Can anyone point me to instructions for restarting my entire Cloud authentication to
