Skill and Qualification fields (Person Profile) changes approval flow and notifications

Hello experts,
In the approval flow we defined the following scenario:
1. First step: we want to test the approval flow in case of changes made on two sections of Skills and Qualifications page.
2. Second step: for the first section of Skills and Qualifications we activated the checkbox "Approval Required" while on the second section the checkbox is empty.
3. Third step: we used in Transaction console the first two conditions “PersonProfileApprovalRequired” and “PersonProfileAutoApproval“. In addition, for both conditions we defined the same approval Application role:
IF -> PersonProfileApprovalRequired -> APPLICATION ROLE (HR Specialist)-> ACTION TYPE: APPROVAL REQUIRED
