When we set defaulting rule with customer name condition getting Java error

Summary:

I set defaulting rule like if Customer = XYZ then shipping method or carrier / Mode of Transport / service level

and another rule rule like customer =ABC then packing instruction ='xxxxxxxxxxxx ' and shipping instructions='yyyyyyy'

in both case when activate rule and publish

and then when click on create to create sales order and getting 'Java lang long ' error and not able to proceed
