Currently, we have an oracle access manager in on-premise and also federation is integrated with IDCS using SAML 2.0 method. The user authentication is happening using employee number in oracle access manager but internally the email id attribute is mapped for authorization  bewteen OAM and IDCS/VBCS/JCS.

For problem statement,

We required to capture the employee number as part of user account information in IDCS so for that there is no attribute name as employee number, in this case we need to add new custom attribute in user a
