Append import mode is not working using epmautomate command

Append import mode is not working using epmautomate command (rundatarule and runintegration)

I am trying to run a data load rule using epmautoma commands, and the append import mode is not working, I am not able to see the data this new rule is loading into the same POV. If I run the data load rule manually it works, but it is not working using epmautomate commands , same for both of commands, rundatarule and runintegration
