Users are unable to login to Fusion Application due to OAM Fatal Error


Hello All,

Have you observed Oracle Access Manager - Fatal Error while logging into Fusion application? Oracle had confirmed that this is a known issue which was recently introduced by a critical patch that was applied.

Workaround for this issue is to use ATK home page url and not already bookmarked fuse links by clearing the cookies/Cache of your browser.

But how this solution works when you use idp based SSO to Fusion application? users will not be logging in  using direct urls..

Any suggestions or solutions which worked to resolve this issue?
