Default Presentation Variable Prompt to All

Hello Customer Connect community,

Is there a way to default a presentation variable to default to all?

I am using the following syntax in my logical SQL:

AND Country = '@{PCountry}{United States}'

Which would default to 'United States'. Is there a way to default to All values in Country? I am using this Presentation Variable in a Dashboard.
