Pricing Based on Average of Price across a Range of Dates

Summary:

Our client maintains a daily price list with different price of the item for each day. When the client is issuing an order, they would like to calculate the price of item as the average of the daily prices on the price list in the past 7/14/30 days (the number of dates will vary for different customer) instead of the price on the order date.

Can I know if this is feasible in Oracle? Thanks.
