While end dating or disabling a list value in a value set, any attribute having that value is turning blank in User Interface.

Content (required):

I am struggling to understand the behavior of why Item UI fields are turning blank when list values are disabled or end dated.

Issue 01: During application data migration and maintenance, list values are added and disabled. But in product development, it also removes the value from the attribute display and the attribute appears blank.

Issue 02: Now, if I add the item on Change order and try to correct the blank value with new value it gives an error:
