Can not create "User-Defined Formulas" for "PO Line Attributes"

Summary: Whe creating a Formula the PO Line Attribute are not available for Requisitions Event Class.

Content (required): The PO Line Attribute Source field for procurement does not have any event class association so is not possible to use it in a User Defined Formula. Can we add the Even Class or there is some way to use the PO Line Attribute in the Fomula?

The customer requires a Flexfield in the requisition that contains a mask for 2 segments from the Charge Account. The flexfield will show the User value and stores the concatenated values of both values from the Account Combination (Cost Center and Division).
