Purchase Requisition Import using REST API Vs FBDI

Importing Requisitions through REST API requires fields as Mandatory but not the FBDI Import Process.

When we used RESTAPI to import requisitions, it is asking Price, Currency at the Line level as Mandatory, and Charge Account is need to be passed manually at the Distributions level to populate whereas when we import requisitions using FBDI, these fields are derived automatically from existing Purchase Agreements. May I know the differences between these 2 approaches? Attached are the FBDI file and REST API call which we used to import requisitions. Is it a known issue?
