Contracts Approval - Supervisory hierarchy not working as expected.

Starting Participant - HierarchyBuilder.getPrincipal(Task.payload.submitter,-1,"","")

When using above the approvals starts from Submitter itself doesn't routes to supervisor.

Do we need change the expression builder to starts from Submitter's manager.
