EPM agent before scripts groovy is not able to establish the connection with SOAP API

Summary:

I am trying to load data through soap API using EPM agent. I am already done with the groovy script and validated. it returns the API data in the groovy consol. however, when I run the same script in the before extract, it return an error "message not found". The SOAP API using wsdl is running successfully on the SOAP UI and the epm agent is installed in the same client network. I verified that this host machine can run the API using either groovy Consol ( calling soap API and generating.dat file) or the soap API .

so what might be the cause of the issue?
