VM instance stopped

Hi,

My problem is this: I use a free account and I have created a free VM istance last year.

all ok this year but I realized now that the VM machine has stopped

Also in instance details, I noticed this:

I have these questions that I could not find in the documentation:

• if the VM isn't used for a period of time, is it suspended automatically?
• if I click "start", does the VM start again without additional costs? I only have a free account so in theory I shouldn't have any costs
• "restore instance" does it mean that I have lost data on the VM?
