B2B invoices from Punchout catalog - tax issue

Summary:

We are facing a problem with tax lines on B2B invoices generated from punchout catalog. Our idea of implementing cXML invoicing was to have invoices for punchout items to flow through to ERP, validate and auto approve and ultimately get paid seamlessly without much manual intervention on a daily basis.

We currently have only 1 tax rate (PA Tax) setup in the system. Anything else is either manually entered or via FBDI / IDR process.

But now as we implement B2B invoicing, we see that it can be an issue when items can be ordered and sent to 3 other office locations namely North Carolina, Arizona and Texas.
