Touchpoints for Managers - pulse score comparison chart and check in chart not showing up

We're looking to configure Touchpoints and in the process built a Pulse Survey, Scheduled Check-ins, goals & enabled email, touchpoint cards as the communication channels.

When logged in as the manager Touchpoints, under My Team - the Employees tab is not showing the pulse score comparison chart and Check-in chart.

The employees have filled in the pulse survey and check-ins have also been scheduled. The surveys are configured as Daily Pulse surveys

Additionally, Aggregate Oracle Touchpoints Data process has also been run at full load.

The Line Manager role does have the relevant role to view Touchpoints. Is there anything that I'm missing here.
