attaching a restored boot volume

in OCI - General 13 comments

- created a backup of the boot volume

- detached the boot volume then terminate it

- restore the backup of the boot volume

- while attaching the restored boot volume, the instance cant be detected and when use the OCID, I get error "No instance with this OCID in the current compartment"

Note that:

I am on the always free, both instance, boot volume are on same compartment, and i have admin user logged in to the console
