Hi,

we would like to make easier and faster the path a Line Manager has to follow in order to provide a feedback to a direct report. Now the Line Manager has to follow the following path: My Team -> My Team -> he/she has to select the direct report he/she wants to provide a feedback to -> he/she has to click 'Show More' and select the 'Feedback' tab. It would be extremely useful a deep link or a quick action, which gives to the Line Manager a faster access to the Feedback area related to the direct report he/she want
