How does OTM handle validations for XML pushed to OTM for User Associations and Action checks on the objects. Also, how do we send notifications to users for any validation, action check failures.

e.g.

a) User associated with a specific location should be able to push orders only for that specific location.

b) Action check to validate the shipment Dispatch Date <= Shipment Start Date.
