We need to obtain a report to obtain the relationship of leads with the notes that have been created.

Content (required):

We tried to build this report across subject areas. However, there is no possibility, we saw that there is an ER but we still do not know when it will be applied in our environment: Enh 20104114 - LEAD NOTES IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REPORTING IN BI.

I have tried through the Data Model using this table: ZMM_NOTES however I can't find an attribute to relate it to the leads.

How can I do this?
