How can I get mass results for Responses in Assessment?

We assigned our organization (~7,200) a video to watch and asked everyone to answer a feedback question. All that was fine except now I am trying to report on all the responses.

I can get one response when I filter to one person, but as soon as I remove the person number from the filter I cannot get the data to report. It runs for hours returning no results (even when trying to limit to just a couple days when completed which should be up to 300 responses).

I also tried to do through scheduling of an Agent, but again I can get one response, but not the mass responses.
