Data load from a file in FDMEE

I'm loading data from a file in Oracle Planning, Data Mgmt, the Import and Validate is getting completed successfully but the export is getting failed with the below error. I have all the mappings, the period mapping is correct and to debug, I tried to remove the file and again load without line 2303 and 3136, still getting the error, not sure why. Need an third eye who can catch the step I'm missing.

This rule is for loading "Prior year actual", I'm using the same rule for loading "Actual" and "Budget" with the same mapping and it is getting loaded without any error.
