How to display stock without creating Inv Org

Hi Oracle Experts,

 

In our Project as a part of Phase1 implementing only US Org in oracle cloud and not Belgium Org (Third Party), But wants to view the Belgium Org stock during Check availability when stock not exist at US Organization and do Back-to-Back Purchase Order.

 

We would like to Know the Possibility of achieving this without creating Belgium as Inventory Org,

 

Also, while exploring we had a Notes in Oracle wherein mentioned that create Belgium as Belgium supplier and load stock in supplier Org and through Sourcing Rule, we can Option to show the stock in GOP, anyone tried this Option in any Implementation and how it suits.
