Free Tier Instance terminated by internal system without notice

As is said in the title my Free Tier instance was removed just few hours ago. Logs show it was done by someone without real identity, only somewhere showing internal IP.

I don't really care, of course free tier can't be run infinitely but a notice would be cool. Boot volumes are gone too. No e-mail, nothing, all data on instances gone.

I'm pretty sure there is no way to recover it, but I would by glad if someone from oracle can confirm, and also maybe shed a bit of light to how this random nuking of instances work (since quick googling reveals, this is going for a while).
