Instance terminated

Summary:

I use Oracle AlwaysFree Tier, my account is almost 1 year active, and before now I doesn't have problem with it. Befor few hours after I saw that my web sites went down, I check my Instance and it is terminated, I tried to create new instance and to attach boot volume to it - but boot volume form terminated instance is also terminated. I lost very important infomation and websites with 1 year work on them... Please help
