Summary:

So yesterday my instance and associated boot volume got terminated for no reason and without any warning. I have no backups and terminated instances already evaporated from the lists.

Content (required):

Hello,

as in summary. I am free tier user. Yesterday, around 19:20, my instance and storage volume got terminated. I did not receive any warning. Also my instance did not qualify to idle purge, as it had ~35% compute and ~25% memory usage. I have no backups, as I did not expect, that it will be removed by cloud provider. There is no other person that could do that.

Yesterday it was still on the list. Today it's gone. I find whole situation confusing and disappointing and I expect clarification. Also it would be nice if you brought back the instance with associated volume.

Howdy, Stranger!
