Planning Rates - Use Organization Costing Rules

I have a requirement to cost at standard rates by organization, I have acheived that nicely. Is there a way to also use the organization level rates in planning? On the budget planning options, I only have an option for the single set of rate schedules, but my organization rate schedules are different. Thanks in advance.
